I nostri modelli di collaborazione

If the objective is clear...

You have detailed specifications, a defined scope, and few doubts about what needs to be built.

Recommended model: Defined Outcome project (DOP)

If the budget is fixed, but the objective evolves...

You want to validate an idea on the market and are willing to trade features for real user feedback.

If you still don’t know what to build...

The problem is evident, but the solution is unclear. There are technical, integration, or business risks that need to be clarified before starting.

Recommended model: Risk Redcution Project (RRP)

If you need ongoing capacity...

You have a product to maintain and evolve, or a team that needs support on complex challenges.

Recommended model: Capacity Engagement (CE)

Self-assess your operational context

✓ Do you have an internal technical contact (or someone with technical expertise) available?

✓ Is the decision-making process clear, and is there a defined project owner?

✓ Is your IT team aware of the project and actively involved?

✓ Are the boundaries and responsibilities for integrations with other systems clearly defined?

✓ Do you have full control over the production infrastructure for deployment?

If you answered “no” to any of these questions, that’s not a problem. It’s a sign of uncertainty that needs to be managed. Starting with an analysis phase is probably the wisest choice.
